Ok, the recent comments have led me to post this note:
If you are new to themes, please look at the instructions at http://www.hitechpilot.com/home/hitechpilot-application-help/theme-help, or contact me at hitechpilot@gmail.com for help. Rest assured, there is no key, there are no special permissions, and this is free. What you do need to make it work is a home replacement app, please understand that you do not "open" themes, they must be "applied." That is how all themes work on Android. Again, please ask if you are not sure how to use so I can help you enjoy your phone and this theme. I hope this helps.
If you like this theme, be sure to check out the "DROID RED EXTREME" version, complete with "tap to launch" clock widgets and live wallpaper! I incorporated all the comments and requests from this theme into that one.
* NOTE: THEMES DO NOT "RUN," THEY ARE "LOADED" BY HOME REPLACEMENT APPS. Depending on the app, it will appear under "theme" or "skin" so check both. Themes do not appear in your app drawer. Please ask if you have any questions!
To use:
1) Make sure you have a Home Replacement App. (avail in market)
2) Download and install theme.
3) Use Menu for Home Replacement App to apply. More on Dev Website below. Typically: Menu > More > Other or Theme > CHoose and apply theme.

El homelive es el único louncher q te permite escoger el theme en setting buscas theme luego escoge este theme y lo instalas

Para instalarla ahí que instalar primero el panda home y luego ay que instalarlo en las configuraciones del panda home
