Problema He comprado el juego, se ha descargado e instalado pero al tratar de abrirlo me da mensaje que se ha cerrado, alguien sabe alguna solución?????

Falta de niveles con respecto a la versión gratis y Compré el juego pensando que tenía más niveles que el gratis y me decepcione por que solamente tiene una ciudad más y los niveles son del 1 al 24
